Struise / Mikkeller Double IPA

Struise / Mikkeller Eliot Brew is a collaborative brewed Double IPA (9% ABV).  The first brewing took place under joint stewardship of the two breweries at De Proef Brouwerij in Belgium, 2007.  This second (and final) brewing of the Eliot Brew took place at the home of Struise, also in Belgium, of course.  It’s a cross between a heavily hopped Mikkeller beer and a strong blonde – Struise style. Look for Struise to launch their very own DIPA some time in the future.
