Brekeriet Sweden

Brekeriet is a small scale craft beer brewery in the south of Sweden. From the autumn of 2015 our brewery is located in newly renovated facilities in Landskrona but we started off in the small village Djurslöv outside of Malmö in 2012.

What makes us unique?

Our niche is, as the only brewery in Sweden, to ferment our beers with nothing but wild yeast and/or bacteria. We also secondary ferment many of our beers with berries or fruit in order to further enhance the taste experience.

Why we do it?

With our knowledge of beer making and a great interest in the product itself, we want to make and deliver products in which you can taste the authenticity and handicraft that fills each glass of Brekeriet beer. Our ambition is to promote beer culture and the diversity of beer to a bigger public, and open the door to the more exciting world of real craft beer.

Who we are?

Brekeriet tells the story of the three brothers Ek; Fredrik, Christian and André. With different backgrounds in business and food engineering we decided to team up and start a beer import firm in the spring of 2010. Our future goal was set from the start – to start a brewery of our own. The dream came true in the fall of 2012 when our first batch was brewed in Djurslöv outside of Malmö.
