“We make beer in classic Belgian style with mostly Belgian ingredients. Our beer is dry and refreshing. We make no IPA and have no barrel aging or spices.”

Owner Brian Mercer used to sell Candi Syrup used for brewing strong Belgian-style ales and has now turned his passion for these beers into a brewery, based in California. Brian works with a bevy of artists for his beer labels, frequently changing things up even for existing beers.

From the brewer: “Again, we attempt to brew this tripel using only base malt, sugar, hops and yeast. A touch on the dark gold side, this tripel is rich yet dry with a firm bitterness.”
