Born in East London out of a passion for great beer.
We have a mission to explore the outer limits of brewing techniques and flavours. We produce a core range of pale ales, india pale ales, and stouts as well as creating an ever changing roster of experimental beers making use of souring techniques and mixed fermentations combining wild and traditional yeasts and processes and allowing our creations to age and mature naturally.
At Redchurch Brewery the approach is simple: exceptional beers, brewed with respect for process and flavour. Starting with an initial core range we have since developed a wide range of experimental beers giving free range to our need to push the boundaries of fermentation.
Since 2011 the company has grown and moved into a larger home on Poyser Street in Bethnal Green. 2014 saw the Tap Room open its doors and it has fast become a local hub for beer lovers, stocking the company’s signature beers and showcasing our latest creations and offering great food and music.
