“Brewed with the same base recipe as all our ‘seasonal saisons’ follow, L’Hiver has been infused with hawthorn leaves and berries to give a most wintery feel to the beer – an almost barren taste (in a good way!) Our use of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus yeasts ensure this beer continues to develop in flavour.”
