” A powerful and refreshing American IPA with a lot of Centennial hops. Until then, nothing much, right? Yes, but it takes passion fruit pulp to compose with hops a single citrus aroma.
Developed in homemade pots, it shows that a beer with fruit does not have to be sweet.
Maracujipa has 6.8% alcohol content and 75 IBUs. The coloration is orange with turbidity because it is not filtered. In the aroma, the passion fruit excels with a touch of caramel malt and resinous of the hops.”
