Special Edition Draft Sidra

Ribela • Spain

A special draft offering from Ribela, made from a single-variety of apple, called Rabiosa, grown exclusively in their region, in the center of Galicia in northwestern Spain. As with the Ribela Clásica, it is made only from apples — no additives or preservatives (including sulfites). It also undergoes natural carbonation both in the tank and in the barrel.
