Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and kettle-soured for 72 hours. No hops were added to the boil; the only hop character comes from dry-hopping with Sorachi. The light sourness provides a refreshing aspect and the hop character is apparent in the aroma as well as in the delicate hoppy notes in the finish.
