“Scotch Ale’s are strong Pale Ale’s originally from 19th century Edinburgh. These beers tend toward sweetness and a full body, with a low hop flavour. This oak-matured version offers caramel, toffee, liquorice, chocolate and roasty flavours balanced by a tart, raisiny fruitiness with a lingering dry finish.”
