“We collectively put our heads together for this one, deciding we wanted another beer to take our minds off the miserable winter weather. What we came up with is super tasty, yet sessionable wheat beer, containing a massive dose of Apricot in the FV (a ton in 5000 Litres). The beer is decidedly tart with the sweetness of the Apricot fermenting out to leave a fruity, sour edge to the classic Hefeweizen yeast flavour. The name? – Aprication 1. The act of apricating, or basking in the sun.”
