“A beer designed to integrate field and vine with al fresco drinking in mind. A super pale malt body featuring 50% wheat and 50% extra pale malt allied to a balanced bitterness and mellow Huell Melon hops. Fermentation was concluded with the addition of Gewurztraminer, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. We then dry hopped the beer with more German Huell Melon and NZ Nelson Sauvin to accentuate the vinious white fruit character and added lemon and Curacao Orange for a zesty mouthfeel. The resulting beer is a deliciously delicate summer wheat ale, perfect for summer drinking. Chin chin!”
