“We have taken one of our favorite IPAs and fermented it solely with Brettanomyces! This super fresh dryhopped brett IPA is basically a glass full of tropical fruit and citrus! Utilizing the same recipe for our Vis Secret IPA, the brettanomyces has added an element of passionfruit and pineapple as well as a dryness that will have you begging for more. In true Nøgne Ø style, we have opted away from the norm and created something extraordinary. Enjoy fresh as this beer was not intended for cellaring. Pairs well with sharp cheese and good company! All of our beers are unpasturized and unfiltered which may lead to variations both in taste and carbonation levels.”
