“Freshly harvested and dried whole flower Japan-grown Shinshuwase hops are married with four varieties of the finest English malt to produce an exquisite harvest Ale.
Bryan’s Comment
This is the same recipe as our Shinshuwase Wet-Hop Ale save two differences – the whole cone hops have their moisture content reduced by drying and we use them in an additional cold-side aroma-extraction technique known as ‘dry-hopping’. Wet or dry? Which does it for you?”
