“A hazy yellow beer with a tart lemon aroma. The taste is lightly salted with fresh zesty citrus fruit flavours. A tart, but not, sour refreshing finish.

A gose is a traditional German sour wheat ale from the town of Leipzig. Salt is added to the beer to give it a unique taste. Along with salt we added the traditional coriander then gave things a twist by adding fresh lemongrass, for a lemon kick.”
