“New Zealand is famed for its hops and every year we drive over the Mountain Range to Motueka and pick up a trailer load of freshly harvested hops to make our “Fresh Hop” beers with. Black the RIPA is a trophy winning Black IPA made with rye and NZ malts. The fresh hop version features fresh Nelson Sauvin and Cascade that brings out citrus, passionfruit and earthy flavours.”
