“The Brise Glace is a strong wheat beer to which was added, near the end of the fermentation process, ice cider mash from the Vergers de le Colline.

The signature Belgian wheat beer yeast, reminiscent of coriander, blends with the apple aromas. The beer’s flavours vary from year to year, according to the harvest. The beer can sometimes be sweet, suggestive of ice cider, sometimes dry and acidic, much like Calvados. The finish is silky, warm and long.”
